If you are showing symptoms or have been in contact with a Covid-19 patient within the last 14 days, you must reschedule your appointment. Call 360-525-7866

Anyone showing symptoms will be asked to leave and reschedule no sooner than 14 days. 

Video and Phone appointments are available. 

Space does not allow FPS employees and clients to maintain a 6' distance as  recommended by the CDC. Therefore, face coverings must be worn at all times, including while in the waiting area.
