The Colorado Legislature has formulated ADVISORY MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES for spousal/partner maintenance which apply in cases where parties have been married at least three (3) years (calculated from the date of marriage to the date the Decree of Dissolution/Legal Separation enters) and have combined gross annual income of $240,000 or less.
